Here at Grosvenor Butterworth we recognise that each case is individual to the financial needs and objectives of our clients which vary depending on your personal circumstances. Upon considering this, we have built a plan which will cater to appropriate each of the specific needs and concerns in relation to your finances.

There are three variations of service provided here which will ensure that your on-going financial planning requirements are recognised and acted upon best suited to your case. These three services provided here are:

  • Core
  • Premier
  • Target Wealth Management
In addition to these services there is an option to elect to be one of our ‘Transactional Clients’ which offers you the opportunity to hold no on-going service at all. Each case requires a 12 step health check which includes:
  • Your Issues - An update from us informing you of any changes or issues requiring attention that may cause impact on your future financial goals.
  • Strategic Review - An update from us regarding any changes to your strategy.
  • Investment Review – A reflection over the last 12 months investments performance as well as a chance to draw comparisons on any previous set goals or objectives.
  • Investment Action Plan – An opportunity to look forward and consider the possibility of implementing any charges required for your investment strategy.
  • General Taxation/ Legislation Update – A review of opportunities and/or threats that may be created by changes in tax laws.
  • Pensions Update - A review of opportunities and/or threats that may be created by changes in pension laws.
  • Pension Action Plan – An opportunity to look forward and consider the possibility of implementing any charges specifically related to your pension strategy.
  • Life Assurance Review – Review of levels of cover, premiums and terms.
  • Estate Planning Review – A review to ensure that your plans are current, legally valid and are in accordance with your wishes.
  • Remove the Hassle – Dealing with all the paperwork related to your case on your behalf.
  • Family Review – A discussion to pin down any financial matters that are affecting your family.
  • Professional Update – relevant updates to other professional advisors will be provided who may also be dealing with matters regarding your case.

Core Clients is the classification best suited for our clients investing around £50,000. The service provided by us includes calls from you to be returned within two business days including email access and contact between you and our advisers/ support staff. You may wish to note that we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for call time in excess of five hours per annum. As well as file maintenance and compliance part of our service, to you, includes an annual total portfolio validation and review as well as an annual, face-to-face, 12 step health check. We offer a review of 1% to every £100 investment entrusted with us together with a fund switch charge of 1% of the overall funds invested with us. For an insight on the estimated amount based on the annual on-going cost of the service based on your investment entrusted to us is £1000.

'Premier Clients' fall under the category of an investment amount of around £150,000. Like our 'Core Clients' we also offer an annual face-to-face 12 step health check together with the same telephone and email access to our advisors and support staff with the same rights held by us to charge an additional fee of call time in excess of five hours per annum. This service also includes the same fund switch charge of 1% of all total investments with us together with the overall estimation of the charge of the annual on-going service entrusted with us is similarly valued at £1000. In addition we also offer as part of our premier service to clients an ‘Admin Made Easy’ service which is constructed of a collection of services including; assistance with tax returns, introduction to professional connections, six monthly valuations and annual cash flow forecasting. We will deal with annual statements to provide a simplified portfolio service as well as a model portfolio service. In this instance we offer a review of 1% to every £200 investment entrusted with us.

Target Wealth Clients are not confined to a specific amount intended for investment with us. We offer the same 'Admin Made Easy' service that 'Premier Clients' are entitled to which offers the same collection of services including; assistance with tax returns, introduction to professional connections and cash flow forecasting as well as offering an annual face-to-face 12 step health check that the rest of our clients are also entitled to. Unlike our other clients there is no restricted access to our advisers and support staff via email or telephone. We endeavour to return calls to clients on the same business day as well as including ad-hoc meetings and total portfolio validations with professional advisers. Our service is complete with Ad-hoc six monthly platform fund analysis, six monthly fund analysis and six monthly platform portfolio rebalance including annual detailed target wealth reviews with an overall annual detailed target wealth review. We offer a review cost based on 1% of the overall investment entrusted with us together with a fund switch charge of up to 3% of all total funds. There is no estimated annual on-going cost of the service as it is based upon each individual investment.
